Artin, a ‘6-year-old boy’ who lost parents and brother in Shiraz terrorist act
TEHRAN— Artin Seraydaran, a six-year-old boy who lost his parents and his brother in a horrendous act of terrorism committed by Daesh on Wednesday evening in Shiraz is now in the hospital due to the injuries he sustained.
In a sorrowful message on Friday, Brigadier Abdolrahim Mousavi, Commander of the Iranian Army, sympathized with Artin.
This is an excerpt of his message:
“My son Artin. An Iranian soldier is talking to you. Dear Artin, I wish I had died instead of your father, mother and brother and you were not alone and grieving now.
My son Artin, although my heart is broken by your longing, I wish the wounds of your heart were piled on my chest and I would not see you sad and missing your father, mother and brother. For an Iranian soldier, there is nothing more difficult than to grit teeth and be patient and keep his arms in his pockets.
You are very young, but maybe you have been told that a powerful and strong man who killed his wife in front of his eyes, kept silent for the sake of higher interests and remained patient.
My dear child, the pseudo-human that grieved you is a tame animal created by the United States, the Zionist regime, and the ideology of the Saudi regime. But the Iranian soldier is gritting his teeth and being patient to wrap up his scrolls in due time with the permission of the Leader, who is his commander.
My good child, I wish everyone could hear your message; those who, unintentionally or unknowingly, weakened and preoccupied the defense and security power of the country and gave the puppets a chance to shoot at the sanctuary.
I wish they could hear the voices of children who became orphans. I wish they could hear the voices of women who became homeless. I wish they could hear the voices of fathers and mothers grieving for their children, and the voices of brothers and sisters who have lost their children, and I wish they could hear them. I wish!
Dear Artin, the Iranian soldier is very sad. Not as much as you, but he is grieving hard. This soldier is the mourner of dear Iran, whose blood was spilled on the ground for the honor of its name, and the mourner is the flag that thousands of pure lives were sacrificed to raise, and now...The zealous Iranian soldier has sworn to defend the independence, territorial integrity and establishment of the Islamic Republic of Iran until the last drop of his blood; and with the permission of his commander, he will plunge the dagger into the enemy's stomach.
